Here are some of the rules that were established for it once it had been trained to stay hooded and gagged at home. Most of these rules applied to its home life only. It had fewer requirements outside the house for work and for outside social time (when allowed/earned).

Upon arriving home, it had to be gagged, hooded, and it’s collar locked on within an hour of crossing the threshold. It had to text its owner to let him know it arrived home, and once the collar was locked. Its owner generally got home 5-6 hours after it did. It had that hour to eat the dinner he had left for it and complete anything that needed its full eyesight or speech. It did not have access to the key to its collar padlock, so once it was locked in, it had no way to unhood or ungag itself.  When its owner got home, after it had been gagged 4-5 hours, he would usually give it a break to have a drink of water and then replace or switch out its gag, and either switch out the hood or add another one on top (often a darlex hood with just nose holes, or a canvas tote bag over its head with its arms through the straps). Then if it didn’t need its hands (which it didn’t if it couldn’t see) its hands would be taped into balls or locked into mitts, and its wrists would be cuffed together behind its back, or locked to its collar ring in front, or on a short chain through its collar ring to reduce its range of motion. 

At various times during this period, he would add requirements to the hood and gag rule, or sometimes specify a certain gag or hood. Generally, it was gagged with either a large foam ball or its panties, held in with tape. If its mouth was filled and taped it could breathe through its nose, but if it was in an open mouth gag it either had to be in a hood without nose holes (which are rare to find) or have its nose sealed up with tape underneath. He preferred the shape of its face to be distorted, so closed gags should have its cheeks stuffed as full as possible - he would squeeze its face to check for tautness. If its mouth was an open hole, he preferred the lips to be pulled back and the nose to be flattened. He preferred the shape of its face to be distorted so that its features were less recognizably human.

At some point he started requiring earplugs or earphones under the hood, with the earphones available to be plugged into its computer or phone to play noise via an app. By this point it was no longer allowed to listen to music or watch tv/movies at home. He also started restricting its vision at some point.  He set a rule that for hoods with eyeholes larger than a dime, it had to wear a layer of nylon, net or lace underneath to restrict it further. It was no longer allowed any new hoods with open eyeholes - only pinholes, lenses or a lack of eyeholes. It needs glasses to see well, so it had to get used to blurry vision at best. Then he started requiring layered hoods - at least 2, sometimes 3. This reduced its senses and distorted the shape of its features even more.

Sometimes he would have it add a neck corset under its collar, and eventually he replaced its daily collar with a wider one to reduce its range of motion a little more.

He also started requiring full encasement of its body - generally with zentai as it was a lot of upkeep to require full daily latex. Usually it kept the zentai hood down until he got home - though sometimes he would have it layer its latex hood(s) over top with the hood up, he usually would use the zentai hood as a final layer over top the latex after he got home. He also started requiring gloves at some point - multiple pairs of gloves would restrict its movement and senses until he could get home and secure its hands properly into stumps.

There were always occasional extras (heels, corset, breast bondage, plugs) but these were the consistent requirements for most of its time as an owned object.
